Who's Still Listening? Snow is Coming... - The Flakes Podcast

This episode is punctuated by the fact that there's almost no snow falling in the next 5 days and with the exception of the Northeast there's no snow that fell in the last 5 days.

The West remains hot and dry except for Northern Washington, which has had lots of rain and some snow. Your hosts, BA, Mike, and Evan shed some light on the fact that a pattern change is coming next week! There are several storms possible for the Sierra and they should move through into the Rockies later in the week.

The question... how much snow and is it too little to late? The models still have some things to work out...
They round out the show with a discussion of snowmaking, some Tahoe statistics, and a few anecdotes to keep the Winter vibe alive.

We’re also supported by Smartwool, because chasing snow means long days outside in every kind of weather. From cold chairlift rides to deep powder laps and post-ski town runs, Smartwool’s merino layers keep us warm when it’s cold, cool when it’s not, and comfortable no matter what the forecast throws our way. It’s gear we actually wear — on storm days, travel days, and everything in between. Visit Smartwool.com to learn more.
