Solid Friday Night Dump Thanks to Atmospheric River Numero Uno

Summary

An extremely wet and active stretch of weather has begun. Intense storms fueled by three atmospheric rivers will bring huge rain totals, strong winds, some solid snow totals, and flooding over the next week. Snow levels will fluctuate and climb above base elevations at times, but mid and upper elevations should see big snow totals.
