Active Pattern, but Not Cold Enough to Start

Summary

The jet stream will come back down into the Pacific Northwest today and kick off another active period for the region. The storm track will be a bit too far north for any significant snow initially, but the jet stream will sag farther south and bring in some cooler air as the week goes on.
