I think we can now start the countdown to a pattern change that is coming at the end of this month. We could see the first storm start impacting the region as early as Thursday evening. Unfortunately, the latest model guidance has this as a one-and-done situation, with a quick return to dry weather. This is a new development, so hopefully, we'll see some changes soon.
