Cloudy and windy on Monday. Increasing rain and snow Monday evening with heavy rain & snow into Tuesday and Tuesday night before tapering off by Wednesday morning. A break for Wednesday with partly sunny skies. A colder storm moves through Thursday with clearing on Friday. A dry weekend but cold.
