Summary

Increasing clouds and winds Monday with rain moving in Monday night. Strong winds and heavy rain Tuesday morning becoming snow on the mountains through the day and to lake level by Tuesday night. More storms will bring rain and snow Thursday through New Year's Eve. The storms should continue the week of the 2nd.
