Summary

Partly-mostly sunny & mild for Christmas Day. Increasing clouds and wind Monday with rain moving in by Monday night. Strong winds and heavy rain Tuesday morning becoming snow on the mountains through the day and to lake level by Tuesday night. More storms will bring rain and snow Wednesday through New Year's Eve.
