Snowpack update, light refresh Dec. 25-27 northern mountains

Summary

Groomed terrain is skiing and riding well even as we await the return of natural snowfall after a very dry December. A light refresh is possible between December 25th and 27th. Then we look to January for some hope of a more active pattern.
