Summary

Many mountains across the region saw their first appreciable snowfall of the season over the weekend. Snow will begin to move out throughout the day today. Orographic showers and lake-effect snow will linger into this evening for upstate New York and western Vermont. Another system will enter the region Wednesday night bringing snow to the higher elevations. Unsettled weather will remain as we head into the weekend and early next week.
