Dreary weather is expected on Sunday with a near miss on Monday. Light snow and brutally colder air will arrive on Tuesday with upslope snows across Vermont and Northern New Hampshire. We're watching a coastal storm for Wednesday night/Thursday that looks to favor southern New England over the North Country for big snows.
