New Month Brings Big Storm / Dry & Warmer this Weekend

Summary

A potent closed low storm system and associated cold front will bring widespread moderate to heavy snowfall across the Northern Rockies Thursday through Friday. The SW mountains, namely Big Sky, closest to the low, could see up to 2 feet. Whitefish and Snowbowl also look good for deep totals. High pressure builds over the weekend, warming temps, and returning spring conditions across the region.
