Summary

A modified AR (Atmospheric River) worked with colder air descending out of British Columbia to bring light to moderate accumulations across the Northern Rockies this past weekend. Ridging will build-in through Friday (10/24), delivering a warming trend. The ridge weakens by Saturday, allowing a cold Gulf of Alaska storm system to infiltrate the region, bringing chances of significant snowfall.
