Summary

A few snow showers will linger in the southern Mid-Atlantic and NC on Wednesday and clear by Thursday morning. The next storm will move in on Friday, and this storm will bring Arctic air and widespread snow showers from Friday afternoon through Saturday. Several intense snow squalls are likely as well, with light snow accumulations. Temperatures will plummet to the single digits and below 0.
