The Deep Freezer and Another Coastal Storm to Watch

Summary

Arctic air puts the Mid-Atlantic in the deep freezer this week and into the weekend. Scattered lake effect snow showers continue to the north with light snow accumulations. On Friday, a storm tracking south will strengthen along the Carolina coast and bring chances of snow through NC and maybe the southern to eastern Mid-Atlantic. The storm track is uncertain once it strengthens off the NC coast.
