4-Layer Precipitation Sandwich

Summary

A mess of a storm will bring a 4-layer precipitation sandwich to the Mid-Atlantic with rain on the south side and snow on the north side. The sandwich will be filled with freezing rain and sleet, primairly affecting western NY, PA, and northern WV, VA, and MD. Central to eastern NY and northeast PA will stay all snow with 3-10 inches. Rain moves in Sunday with cold air and snow early next week.
