Mess of a Storm on Friday and Saturday

Summary

A quiet start to the forecast with a couple of rain and snow showers will give way to a mess of a storm on Friday and Saturday. This storm will bring freezing rain and sleet from around the MD-PA border through PA, and into western/southern NY. Central to eastern NY should stay all snow. Temperatures will be on the border of freezing, causing variable mixed and snow accumulations in these areas.
