Early Season Snow Recap while Lake Effect Snow Continues

Summary

A blast of winter has brought 1-12 inches of snow throughout the Mid-Atlantic from NC to NY. This cold air mass has brought great snowmaking conditions with many resorts quickly building a base. Lake effect snow showers will continue to the north Wednesday and Thursday as the rest of the region dries and warms. The next storm moves in Saturday evening with rain through Sunday morning.
