Snow Accumulations Sunday through Tuesday

Summary

A major pattern change is coming to the Mid-Atlantic Sunday into next week. First, a weak storm brings rain on Friday and Sunday morning. A strong cold front on Sunday afternoon will bring northwest flow with upslope snow showers and lake effect snow Sunday evening through Tuesday. Snow will accumulate from NC to NY with 1-12 inches of snow. The heaviest snow will be in the NW Mid-Atlantic.
