Rain is the Name of the Game - Snow by Monday!

Summary

Rain is the name of the game on Friday and through the weekend, with several inches of rain for many areas of the Mid-Atlantic. Friday will be the most manageable day to get outside, with widespread rain and thunderstorms on Saturday and Sunday. The heaviest rain will fall north and west, with 1-3 inches. A strong cold air mass moves in Monday with light snow of 1-3 inches in NY through Tuesday.
