Models are Backing off on Snow Potential for Late January

Summary

This dry spell is proving tough to break as models have backed off significantly on upcoming snow chances since my last post two days ago. A colder NNW flow will be in place this week, but other than maybe some flurries on Fri, the next chance of snow will be in about a week from now (Jan 25-26). Late Jan to early Feb may feature an occasional storm, but the overall pattern is trending drier.
