Active Pattern Returns to the Northwest, But the Cold Air Is Still Missing

Summary

A series of storms will impact the Pacific Northwest over the next seven days, but without any sustained cold air, significant snow accumulation will be tough. As many as three storms with atmospheric rivers will keep precipitation chances high through the end of the week.
