Summary

Heavy snow and strong winds continue Tuesday. Clearing Wednesday but cold. Nicer weather for Thursday - Friday. The next storm moves in Saturday with cold and snow for several days through at least the 8th. The active pattern could continue through mid-month. Maybe a bit drier the 3rd week of March.
