Summary
Strong winds and heavy rain & snow Tuesday morning becoming all snow on the mountains through the day and to lake level by Tuesday night. A break for Wednesday. More storms will bring rain and snow Thursday through New Year's Eve. The storms should continue the week of the 2nd.
