Storm cycle day #3: lull then snow overnight Thursday + more wind Friday

Summary

The second wave of snow on Wednesday night brought 1-4" across most northern mountains. The cold front dropped temperatures into the single digits for Thursday morning. A third and final round of 1-3+" snow comes overnight Thursday. Wind will calm on Thursday, but gusts of 50-70mph return on Friday.
