Snowpack update, next chance for snow January 21-24

Summary

The parade of four storms between January 4th and January 14th gave a tremendous boost to most northern mountains, however, the southern mountains are still way below average snowpack. Dry and warming conditions prevail from January 16th through the 20th. There are chances for snow between January 21st and 24th but confidence and details are very sketchy.
