Ramping up, blizzard conditions likely between 12-3pm

Summary

Most mountains received 3-5" of fresh snow by 9 AM Wednesday. Another 2-8+" will fall through the day on Wednesday. Extreme wind gusts of 50-70+mph will come through between 12 pm and 3 pm on Wednesday causing short-lived but dangerous blizzard conditions. Snow showers will continue on Thursday with wrap-around flow for some additional accumulation.
