After a cold start to the week we'll see increasing temperatures on Tuesday with rain moving in on Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday afternoon will be gross with windy conditions, fog, and 1-2 inches of rain. Temperatures slowly turn colder on Thursday with drier weather expected into the weekend.
