Snow to Rain for Thursday

Summary

A storm moves through northern New England on Thursday changing snow over to light rain for many locations at lower elevations. Total snowfall will range from ~3-5" across the region with highest totals in the Whites. More snow is expected on Saturday with similar snowfall totals expected.
