Recent Snowfall / Coldest Temps of the Season into Saturday

Summary

A quick-hitting shortwave riding down the eastern edge of the high pressure ridge over the state dropped a nice 5 inches at Showdown, and 3 inches at Red Lodge over the last 48 hours. We now have a mostly dry Arctic front making its way into the Northern Rockies on Thurs. The coldest air we have seen this season will last into Sat before modifying on Sun. Mostly dry across the state this weekend.
