Major 'Unfriendly' Pattern Shift

Summary

High Pressure will be building across the Northern Rockies starting Saturday and will likely be with us for a long time. However, remnants of an Atmospheric River are expected to override the upper ridge on Monday and Tuesday. Snow levels will be very high, unfortunately, but there does not look to be a lot of moisture within these AR pulses. Dry from Wednesday through next weekend, for most.
