Wet, Wild, & Warm

Summary

A potent warm and moist westerly flow is invading the Northern Rockies. This will be an Atmospheric River (AR) event that will usher in multiple waves of moisture through Thu, with a focus on the western mountains on the Idaho border and near the Divide. Snow levels will be lower Tue, before rising to +/- 8K Wed and Thu. Forecasted snow totals have been lowered. Not as brutal east of the Divide.
