Storm Recap / Dry into Thursday / Unsettled through the Weekend

Summary

This past weekend’s fickle storm system dropped 6” of wet snow at Lookout Pass, with 4” at the summit of Whitefish, and 2” at Discovery and Lost Trail. This same storm system rolled into SW Montana overnight Sunday, with Big Sky reporting 3 to 8" as of 7AM Monday. Big Sky could add another few inches on Monday. High-pressure then reigns through Thursday. Snow returns Friday and into the weekend.
