Frigid Weekend – Warming (sort of) Begins Monday

Summary

Frigid? Yes. Locations along the Divide could break all-time record lows approaching -50F on Saturday AM. Arctic air will max on Saturday, with a slight warming beginning Sunday. Still, many resorts and ski areas will remain below zero through Monday. Lots of safety-related 'cold closures' and delays out there due to dangerous wind chills on Saturday (see below). Sunday may see similar delays.
