The first storm brings rain showers on Tuesday and Wednesday, with a trailing cold front bringing cool air to the northern Mid-Atlantic on Wednesday morning. Zach Butler recently earned his PhD in Water Resources Science from Oregon State University, where his research focused on watershed and snowpack modeling.
