Wintry Start to the Week Turns Warm by the End of the Week

Summary

This week will start with cool temperatures and a few areas of snow in the western Mid-Atlantic and around the MD-PA border. Snow accumulations will be a trace-3 inches, and most snow will melt by Tuesday with warmer air and rain moving in. A few areas of mixed precipitation will affect PA and NY, but again warm air takes over with precipitation changing to rain. Spring fever arrives.
