Storm Update - Storm Shifts North

Summary

The weekend storm system continues to shift north in the latest forecasts. This now brings snow to ice to rain in North Carolina. The snow-ice line will be through WV and VA, as well as along the MD border. Areas around the MD-PA border and to the north through PA, NY, and NJ will see moderate snow of 8-16+ inches.
