Coastal Storm Strengthens with Snow

Summary

A coastal storm will move into the Mid-Atlantic on Sunday with light to heavy snow possible (1-12+ inches). Model uncertainty regarding the development of a heavy snow band will influence snow totals. The heavy snow band is favored to affect the western/eastern Mid-Atlantic with 6-12+ inches. The higher terrain of WV and the Catskills are favored to see >10 inches. Very cold air moves in Monday.
