Rain Changes to Snow North and West

Summary

Heavy rain and strong winds move out of the Mid-Atlantic on Monday morning. As this occurs, cold air will move in from the north and west, developing scattered snow showers, which will bring moderate snow accumulations to the northern and western Mid-Atlantic. This will bring fresh conditions by Tuesday and for the remainder of the week.
