Summary

A storm system moving through the southeastern US will shift to the north and move precipitation through the southern half of the Mid-Atlantic. Temperatures above 3,500 feet in WV and western MD will be cold enough for snow with accumulations of Trace - 3 inches expected. This snow will not stick around with warm and dry weather for the weekend and into next week.
