Summary

Good news is in the forecast with a lot less freezing rain expected. The storm will bring light snow and sleet accumulations to northern PA and NY Wednesday evening and change to rain early Thursday morning. Scattered light rain and freezing rain showers on Thursday will give way to a trialing cold front bringing in lake effect snow on Friday. Let’s get into the details…
