Coastal Storm bust

Summary

A bit of a bust for the coastal storm in the southern Mid-Atlantic and North Carolina is a major theme of our lackluster winter. Only 1-4 inches of snow fell, with some sleet and ice accumulations due to higher snow levels. There will be a big change in the weather this week with spring like conditions and a few chances of rain. Some light snow could return by Friday and next weekend.
