Rain changes to snow north and west

Summary

A brief burst of rain and snow move through the northeastern Mid-Atlantic Thursday morning. Widespread rain and warmer temperatures move in on Thursday afternoon and evening. Rain will change to snow north and west Friday morning and continue through Saturday. The western Mid-Atlantic will do well with this setup, snow accumulations will even get down to North Carolina.
