Snow returns to the region

Summary

The next storm approaches Wednesday evening and affects the region on Thursday and Friday. Widespread rain will affect the region but colder air will cause precipitation to change to snow Thursday evening from north to south. Light to moderate snow accumulations is expected in the higher terrain of the Mid-Atlantic.
