Freezing Rain Threat with Snow on the Horizon

Freezing rain will fall in the higher elevations and northern Mid-Atlantic, having a major impact on the region. Hope is on the horizon with another storm system moving up from the south on Sunday with snow accumulations possible in the northern and western Mid-Atlantic.
