Dry Thunderstorms and High Fire Danger

Summary

August has been very dry so far with virtually no rain. From Wed to Fri, we will see a modest influx of monsoonal moisture, which will be enough for daily rounds of isolated afternoon t-storms. But this will be more of a dry t-storm setup with light rain, gusty winds, & elevated fire danger. On Sat-Sun, a deeper surge of moisture could lead to higher storm coverage & better rain potential.
