Likely powder on Friday

Summary

The forecast for Friday continues to look solid. A strong-ish storm will stall and rotate over Colorado, generating periods of intense snow at most mountains. While the exact location of each band of intense snow will be somewhat random, areas near and east of the divide and some western mountains should be favored, and most areas should wind up in the 5-10 inch range.
