Snow up high, ra!n down low

Summary

The storm arrived on Tuesday night with snow falling near and above 9,000 feet and ra!n below that. As of Wednesday morning, snow totals are 1-5 inches of dense accumulation over the northern mountains, and there will be more snow and wind for the north from Wednesday through Thursday. I still think Thursday morning could offer fun/surfy conditions, though I am a bit less optimistic about this.
