Winter returns with snow and wind Tuesday and Wednesday

Summary

Monday will be warm, cloudy, and breezy. Then, from Tuesday morning to Wednesday night, a two-part storm will deliver significant snow (and wind) to all of Colorado, with the deepest totals in the central and southern mountains. After that, another storm should deliver some snow from Friday into Saturday. And more snow should fall around February 25-28.
