Summary

The first storm on Thursday and Friday will bring 1-6 inches of snow to most mountains, and the second storm from Sunday to Tuesday will deliver 3-6+ inches of snow and colder temperatures mostly to the northern and central mountains. Snowmaking conditions will improve with the second storm, and we could see a ski area open around the end of October or the beginning of November.
