Deep Totals Above 2000m (6500’) from Banff North through Saturday

Summary

The Rockies remain on the northern periphery of an upper ridge. The northernmost ski resorts will see a continuation of an unsettled SW flow of warm Pacific moisture overriding this ridge. The strongest waves of moisture will be on Thu through Sat AM where Sunshine and Lake Louise will add 25 to 45cm totals above 2000m. Colder air moves in on Sat keeping skies cool and unsettled through next week.
